Our Identity

 

We are a Christian Church 
That identifies us as people who believe that God has provided us with
the way of salvation through His Son Jesus Christ.   As Christians, we are committed to following Christ and sharing God’s  love in Jesus Christ with our neighbors. We are a part of the total body of  Christ which God has called out from people of every nation and race.

We are a Reformed Church
This relates us to the historic Protestant Reformation declaring faith  in Christ as the only way of salvation and the Bible as the inspired and authoritative Word of God.  It also speaks generally about our desire to always be reforming our hearts and lives more and more into the image of Christ.

We are a Confessional Church   
That means we hold to biblical, historical, time-tested *Confessions  (statements of belief).  Confessions are important to state in a brief and clear form what we believe the bible teaches and to address what is essential for salvation.*To find an online copy click below:

We are members of the United Reformed Churches of North America (URCNA)

Trinity Reformed Church is a member of the United Reformed Churches of North America, a federation of churches located throughout the United States and Canada. We are a part of the wider Reformed and Presbyterian family of churches. Through our worship, Biblical teaching, spiritual and diaconal care, and fellowship we seek to nurture a faith in Jesus Christ which is authentic, reverent, Biblical, and enduring.
