Introduction
He must be true God and true man to be savior. Because this He was the perfect and only mediator.
What is a mediator? Someone who stands between two parties. In this case between God and man. Jesus seeks to bring peace between God and man.
1 Tim 2:5

There is a separation between God and man. A dreadful separation. Our sin has made us separated from God. This demands Gods justice. His own right hand came to save man. Added humanity to His deity. He is God and man. True man who will suffer and die in the place of man. A sympathetic priest who will offer a sacrifice and that sacrifice will be Him. He possess that which alone will satisfy the wrath of God. He who is able to render to Gods satisfaction must be of infinite worth .
“And although you were formerly alienated and hostile in mind, engaged in evil deeds, yet He has now reconciled you in His fleshly body through death, in order to present you before Him holy and blameless and beyond reproach—”

We have an advocate with the Father – Jesus Christ the righteous. Therefore He is able to save to the uttermost

Go to Christ in faith and be saved. In Him there is salvation. To Him be all the glory.
